海南联合航空旅游集团有限公司原名称海南联合航空服务有限公司（2015年成立），2017年7月更名为海南联合航空旅游集团有限公司，旗下拥有温州联合航空服务有限公司、海南经典假期旅行社有限公司、海南乐航文化传媒有限公司、海南丝路联合对外人才交流服务有限公司、海南丝路联合旅行社有限公司等全资子公司及海南华商供应链服务有限公司等控股子公司。
       公司自成立以来，积极响应各地政府提出的“大力发展航空旅游市场，开辟空中直航航线”的号召，一直致力于开辟新的航空市场，经营航空包机业务，服务地方经济建设。近年来，应各地政府提出的“大力发展航空旅游市场，开辟空中直航航线”的号召，先后成功开通了东南亚、港澳台及国内50多条包机直航航线，为改善各地投资环境，促进地方经济发展作出了积极的贡献。2016年，为了响应习近平总书记提出的“一带一路”战略，公司将总部迁址海口市，结合航空、旅游和互联网+，把海南作为连接东南亚和国内旅游的核心节点，建立了辐射全国及东南亚的市场营销渠道，配合海南省政府和国内其他各地政府、机场，不断开辟亚洲国家和港澳台新航线。

       未来海南联合航旅集团业务将覆盖航空客运、货运物流、跨境电商、出境旅游、入境接待、国际文化交流、国际人力资源、国外产业投资、消费金融等领域。在现有的东南亚航空旅游市场基础上，着重发展中国与各国、各地区的旅游、文化、经贸等多领域战略合作，创建以海南为基地，辐射东南亚和欧洲各国、各地区的航线网络。
